Orges purchased this Corvette back in the fall with plans of enjoying it this summer. He fell in love with the wild orange paint and the convertible top but didn’t really love the rest of the car. Orges put in some long hours getting the interior straightened out and the Stingray was looking good. The only problem was when you popped the hood the engine bay did not match the look of the rest of the car. The original block was no where to be found and a 1979 350 sat in its place. I got to work stripping down the block and adding some go fast goodies. Here is what I did:
Before
After
When all was said and done this Corvette’s engine bay looked the part and performed like never before.
